In 2016/2017, the Fairmont Cottages underwent significant renovations. General improvements include new exterior paint, remodeled laundry facility with new top-of-the-line machines, re-built walkways between units, improved common area lighting, designated smoking areas (units are non-smoking), and more! Our owners are proud of the cottages and are constantly considering ways to improve the livability and appeal.
The interior of our units also received extensive renovations! This included all new kitchen cabinets & countertops, updated appliances, laminate hardwood flooring throughout, new paint & texture, new doors & hardware and new light fixtures. The light, clean finishes create a warm & inviting space to come home to.
